Restructured and resolved critical bugs in the internal project management tool used by a leading global video production company operating in over 150 countries. The platform supports the coordination of international film crews, production schedules, asset delivery, and client approvals across time zones. My work focused on improving system stability, optimizing database performance, and refining the user interface to better support complex workflows, enabling faster turnaround and smoother collaboration between producers, editors, and clients worldwide.

Key Contributions

• Efficient DB data model: Normalized and restructured the database data model to boost search performance.

• Built for scalability: Restructured the backend to enhance the application's security, loading speed, data load, and experience.

• Fixed security issues: Used privacy rules, moderated the external database access, got read of weak passwords and test accounts that could easily be accessed.
